It is ON.....the race for Oklahoma FFA State Office. Cale's 1st official campaign stop was at the SW District Livestock Show in Chickasha. Tonight he and his Daddy are on the way to Vinita to "politic" at an FFA dance, winning Eastern Oklahoma is vital. Really Jerry is just the driver and provider of supper, fuel and support.
The three of them...Calebob and the Girls (Kelby Corbett, Vivienne Hasenbeck & Cale) all made it out of Nom Com...three kids from Elgin, I'm sure that fact is unnecessarily stirring conversation all over the State. It is a great opportunity for each of them, they will all, win or lose be better for it, better for their experiences in FFA. I am now off to the laundry....a boy needs his starch....
