Entertaining Friends

Jr. Jr.'s friend came over the other day, so to entertain themselves they decided that the donkey must be ridden.Let me say that the dear ol' Donk has almost been sent to the happy hunting grounds a few times for aggravated assault against beef cattle.  He is guilty and must endure boy adventures in order to pay for his sins against the bovine world.
Said Donk was led into the "bucking chute" (boy conglomeration of pallets & other junk) where he was "rigged" to buck.
I had made a mental note of how many minutes it would take to get to the ER and just which route to take.
The suspense was thick......

Donk was let out with Jr. on his back, bucking strap in place and we were good to go.  It was an uneventful, dissapointing ride, Donk wasn't in the bucking mood...bucking strap or not.  He just wasn't gonna do it.  He just walked...barely.  So plan B was implemented.

Time for rider # two.

Then for rider #3...Jr. Jr.'s friend. Visiting friends of farm kids always get the best treatment.

Friend was to be the first rider out of the lot on Donk.
No worries, no bucking there either.  They were done shortly thereafter as it was some kind of HOT outside.  Time for a Dr. Pepper!

But, not before he rode the Harley a bit.
May your day be more pleasant than Donk's was.
