We spent Sunday morning in the First Protestant Church with hubby's cousin in New Braunfels, Tx. Johann Jahn (Hubby's gg grandpa) and his wife were founding members of the church and many of his descendents have married there. It was a nice service, nice and cool in there! They gave us a book with their church's history, many Penshorns and a few Jahns were mentioned. Then we spent two hours at the Conservation Plaza touring and learning many things, it was a good visit. Supper at Hard 8 BBQ in Stevenville then home by midnight....were we found our house in wonderful shape!
