Looking south at the Russell Farm Gate....can't help myself....I know you've not seen enough snow pics lately!

Greenie here is MY pet cow...translation.....Greenie is a HOG and will follow the feed pick up anywhere, she runs along side and eats as the feed is falling out of the feedbox. She is both a blessing and an irritant. She is with the steer calves at The Russell Farm...because she gets out when she is good and ready, she prefers the grass in Mudder's front yard and the conveniently located round bales of alfalfa just to the north!! In this picture, she's giving the steer calves behind her the evil eye....in cow talk it means..."I am the boss, stay out of my way and I"ll be eating all the feed today, you boys just stand back and watch!"

Greenie needs to be a real cow and live at Cherry with her cow sisters....the ones who stay home!!
